Ingredients
1/4 cup brazil nuts.
1/4 cup cashews.
2 tablespoons of almond butter.
1 tablespoon of cacao.
5 large dates, pitted.
1 tablespoon of cacao nibs or dairy free chocolate chips (optional).*
3 tablespoons of maca root powder (optional).
Instructions
In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse nuts until they are finely chopped.
Add in almond butter, cacao powder, dates, nibs and maca root powder.
Blend until well combined. Next, scoop out into small bite sized balls and roll in hemp seeds or shredded coconut for some added texture.
